WHO WE ARE
Founded by Lisa Rowe in 2013, L.E.E.P TO COLLEGE FOUNDATION, INC. Shaping today's youth to become right now leaders! was established in order to provide youth and teens an environment in which they can reach their fullest potential. What started off as a small community venue has grown into an enterprise that’s committed to empowering underrepresented youth of all backgrounds.

Shaping today's youth to become right now leaders! was established with an aim to provide youth in the greater Washington, D.C. area a nurturing environment in which they can embrace their identity and reach their fullest potential. As the leading Non-Profit Organization, we strive to inspire action and support our community’s young people with purposeful programming and devoted mentors.

L.E.E.P TO COLLEGE FOUNDATION, INC., a 501(c)(3) organization, creates and supports programs that directly achieves positive outcomes for underrepresented students by improving high school graduation rates and college acceptance through educational enrichment activities, internships, mentoring, community engagement, leadership development and parental involvement.
