In October 2025, the L.E.E.P. To College Foundation Board of Directors gathered in Towson, Maryland for a full‑day Strategic Planning Retreat designed to strengthen our vision, sharpen our priorities, and ensure that our work continues to meet the evolving needs of the youth and families we serve. This retreat provided dedicated time for reflection, honest assessment, and bold planning—allowing our leadership team to step back from daily operations and focus on long‑term impact.
