OUR STORY

L.E.E.P TO COLLEGE FOUNDATION, INC. | L2C was founded in direct response to this local and statewide education, mental health, and wealth crisis. The data makes it clear that people of color and communities that have long been underrepresented face limited access to college, stable careers, and long-term economic security. Without access to quality education, mental health support, and financial resources, today’s youth are at greater risk of unemployment and underemployment, lower high school graduation rates, and decreased college degree attainment. We must act now to equip every child, especially those from marginalized backgrounds. Our four flagship programs provide comprehensive support in education, emotional wellness, financial literacy, and career readiness.

We proudly serve over twenty middle and high schools and serve 150+ youth annually. Additionally, we are proud that 100 percent of the students attending our programs graduate
high school on time, with a 100 percent college acceptance rate, and 95 percent graduate from college. Lastly, L2C is a proud Prince George's County Council Ready for Work Nonprofit Capacity Building Initiative graduate. 
Our main objective is to reach more students by expanding the
number of schools and communities that we serve.
