Recruitment Call: Mentors, Tutors & Facilitators Needed!

L.E.E.P. is growing and we’re calling on caring adults, college students, and community leaders to join us in empowering the next generation. We are currently seeking mentors, tutors, and facilitators to support our middle and high school scholars across our Civic Labs and partner sites.
Volunteers contribute just a few hours each month, but the impact lasts far beyond the time spent. Whether you’re guiding a small group discussion, helping a scholar strengthen academic skills, or supporting a hands‑on workshop, your presence helps create a safe, inspiring environment where young people can learn, lead, and thrive.
